The Dog is ordered to pay $1.5 Million In Defamation Case
DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons has been ordered to pay $1.5 million to his baby momma after he failed to appear in court to defend himself against allegations of defamation. Originally The Dog was sued by Monique Wayne for defamation of character after he allegedly told a magazine raped him in 2003 during a hotel stay in Baltimore and caused the woman her pregnancy. The judge had no other choice to rule against The Dog since he failed to show up to defend himself.
